Because of the depth of expertise we have developed across all the divisions of Data Connection, including MetaSwitch, our engineers are recognised as industry-wide experts in their fields. These same experts continuously support our customers from the initial planning and integration phases all the way through many years of successful deployment – a model that no other supplier can offer.   • Our understanding of next generation networking and IMS is broadened by sharing knowledge between groups where our divisions provide products across the entire network. Our retention of expertise allows us to take a leading role in standards bodies and help our customers to understand how IMS affects them.

We now have more than 450 employees, of whom over 200 are engineering staff, reflecting the technology-led nature of our business.

We have never reduced headcount, and among our professional staff we boast
